Yvan Guay



As a management consultant to mid-sized and large companies for over 20 years, Yvan assists executive teams in defining growth strategies, identifying business opportunities and developing new markets.

He is recognized for the quality of his analytical abilities and his capacity to find new and workable solutions to complex problems. Institutional investors also rely on Yvan’s expertise to assess the competitive position of companies prior to making multi-million dollar equity investments.

Yvan has worked for large global firms such as Braxton Associates, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He also has 10 years of industrial experience with Nortel Networks —where he held positions in engineering, sales, product management and strategic marketing.

Yvan is a volunteer at Centraide du Grand Montréal and a John Molson MBA International Case Competition judge. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Order of Engineers in Québec. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Sherbrooke University and an MBA from McGill University.
