Isabelle has over 25 years of experience in change management, organizational development, leadership development and alignment as well as training and team building with organizations of all sizes and industries.
She has worked within or in collaboration with well-known professional services firms including Deloitte, KPMG and IBM.
She has contributed to several very large organizational transformation initiatives, including more than a dozen integrated management system (ERP) implementations, cultural transformations, quality programs, process and policy changes. Her mandates have led her to work in Canada as well as throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
Isabelle distinguishes herself by her ability to maneuver in complex situations, to quickly identify the needs of her clients, to anticipate risks and to personalize her interventions according to particular contextual elements (strategic vision, issues, other projects in progress, etc.). Isabelle advocates a collaborative approach and capitalizes on internal strengths to achieve set results and ensure their sustainability.
Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McGill University and a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University de Montréal. She has been a member of L’Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 1988.
