Sara has worked in the realm of HR strategy for close to a decade, specializing in organizational development, talent management and change management in the context of people and technology transformation.
Working with new and seasoned leaders, she promotes a practical and back-to-basics approach to addressing people-centric organizational challenges. Having worked within one of the largest professional services firms in Montreal, she has advised clients from a wide variety of industries. More recently, she contributed to the redesign of the global HR strategy in a highly complex multinational manufacturing organization whose HR structure was under great pressure to evolve.
Known for her creative problem-solving abilities and her sharp vision, she values an empowered client experience and believes quality solutions can only come out of transparency and trust.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from McGill University and a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal. She has been a member of L’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréées since 2012 (CRHA). She is also a course lecturer at HEC Montréal in the HR department.
