Jean-Pierre Sablé has 25 years of management and consulting experience, serving executive teams in connection with their development and transformation initiatives.
Over the course of his international career, working in Europe, the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Sablé has led major transformations on behalf of financial institutions, manufacturing and service enterprises. His mandates have included strategic planning, identification of new growth opportunities, implementation of transformation initiatives, facilitation of strategic sessions with management teams and customer experience.
From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Sablé was Executive Vice-President, Marketing, Strategy and Innovation for a Canadian financial institution. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sablé was a Senior manager at CapGemini Ernst&Young and a partner at SECOR Consulting, the largest Canadian strategy consulting boutique.
Mr. Sablé is involved in his community and has been a member of the Board of Montréal International, the Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité, SECOR Consulting and Desjardins credit card subsidiary.
Jean-Pierre Sablé holds an engineering degree from the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble in France (M.Sc.), in addition to a political science degree from the Institut des Sciences Politiques, with a major in economics and finance.
