Florence has 13 years’ experience as an organizational development advisor. In consulting and internal roles, she has worked for organizations in the financial, energy and resources, professional services, and telecommunications industries. She specializes in change management as well as performance and engagement management for organizations undergoing transformation.
As Change Management Lead, she has contributed to revising a large financial company’s IT business model as part of its digital transformation. She has lead change management efforts for over 30 large-scale strategic and operational projects aimed, for example, at improving performance, optimizing the governance framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing analytic tools, and upgrading IT security.
One of her strengths is her ability to accelerate the implementation of her clients’ strategies and projects by activating key vectors of change, by mobilizing resources and using the tools and methodologies that help them reach their business goals effectively.
Florence is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is SAP trained on SuccessFactors and as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach with the CQPNL. She is a Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRP – ORHRI) and holds a Master of Science in Management (M.Sc.) from HEC Montréal.
