Chantale Ranger



Chantale has worked for 20 years in organizational development and leadership for organizations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors.

She advises managers at all levels on organizational performance through change management and alignment of efforts toward engaging objectives.

Over the years, she has played the role of strategic facilitator in organizational change and mergers and acquisitions projects, which has led her to work in Canada, the United States, Europe, Central America, and the United Kingdom.

Chantale distinguishes herself with her clients through a deep and precise understanding of their issues, her integrity and the added value of the solutions she deploys.

Chantale is certified by Team Coaching International as a Team Performance Coach. She has had thousands of hours of experience as a team alignment facilitator. She is trained as a Co-Active Coach (CTI). In addition, she is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CRHA – ORHRI). She holds a BA in Education – Career Development, as well as Certificate in Management – Human Resources, of the ESG-UQAM.
