Chantal Godbout



Chantal Godbout has 20 years of experience in working with global organizations, namely CGI and IATA, developing and leading corporate commercial programs.


She is recognized for her outstanding relationship management skills that have proven to be successful in building trust with senior management, business teams in different parts of the world, and a variety of external stakeholders.


She has managed various programs over the years, elaborating and implementing strategies to help organizations improve their market positioning and grow their business by leveraging various channels, such as influencers, partners, and business development teams.


Chantal distinguishes herself with her high level of energy, her ability to navigate complex organizations and her collaborative approach. These qualities have been instrumental for devising and successfully rolling out marketing initiatives supporting a wide range of services and intellectual property solutions in different industries, such as financial services, utilities, retail, government, and air transportation.


During her time at CGI, she also developed an Industry Analyst Relations practice that was recognized by global research and advisory firms (such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) as one of the most successful  in the IT services industry. More specifically, she worked with the organization’s leaders and subject matter experts to develop a strategy that led to an enhanced brand perception and therefore contributing to winning new business.


She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, with a major in marketing and international business, and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
